This may be the perfect addition to your doll's wardrobe.  It is a neck ruffle of 3.5" supported on a long grey vintage ribbon.  There are only two of these available.

The fabric is a soft off white cotton with black diamond detail and a fine black thread edge scallop.  There are rows of soft grey netting tulle underneath and all is supported by the grey ribbon.  There is enough ribbon to tie this on your doll's head or around their waist.
