The polka dot fabric on this neck ruffle is a stiff, pleated almost oilcloth feeling trim from the 1940's.  I have paired this with some soft netting tulle and a vintage satin bias tape for the supporting ribbon.  The effect is the perfect touch to your regal doll and outfit.  Only the 4" neck ruffle shown is included here.  This is a blue polka dot on a cream base.

My Soul Doll Hye is modeling.  She is a resin doll of about 58", so this will fit most dolls of a Volks SD size.
