This is one of the most beautiful wigs I have seen in some time.  The fiber texture and fineness are perfect for this 10" doll.  My Planet Doll Mini Tara is modeling.  She wears a size 5" wig.

This fiber is a designer Suri Alpaca blend that has been sheared from my neighbor's very spoiled one year old alpaca, Dreena.  This shearing only happens once in the animal's life.  The result is a baby fine and extremely soft fiber.  The length here is about 4".  I have seen this stuff sell to the reborn doll artists for $50/ounce!

I hand wefted and hand sewed this into a stretchy wig cap.  There is a front part and it is down in back.  This wig may be shampooed and conditioned.  You may use the water running out of the faucet to comb this straight.  Let air dry.  You may also wind the fiber around pencils and such to obtain a curl.  Let air dry to set.  I also have found a bristled cat brush to work best, but be careful to only catch the top layer of hair.
