This is a 5.5 inch wig cap.  Half sizes are more difficult to find, but are helpful in finding that perfect fit for your doll.  This will fit your Lati Yellow dolls.

Wig caps are useful when used under wigs to help them stay and to protect your doll's head from wig dye.

Wig caps are also used as the base for wig-making, with the hair being sewn directly onto the wig cap.
