This is a Meefa head on the Pricco body and is the flesh skin tone.  If you have never held or posed a Shiny Doll, you are in for a treat.  Shin's doll bodies are maybe the best posing body ever designed.

She is posing in a vintage dress, maybe a Madame Alexander dress?  This one does not fit in the back and has only been used for the photographs, but you will see that she is fairly easy to dress with old doll clothes.  This doll wears a size 6.5"-7" well.
