This is a gorgeous wig handmade by myself in the lovely, natural color of Angora blonde locks.  The angora actual color is Champagne.  You just cannot dye fiber to achieve this natural golden color.  Baby Angora mohair is some of the finest hair you will ever see.  It is much finer than most human hair.  This batch is very fun and curly.   These are my favorite type of wigs to make as they are the Spring haircut of my neighbor's very very happy angora goats.  

I will always finish the inner brim with a soft cream colored lace elastic.  While this is the perfect finishing touch and very pretty, I began using this method in 2015 for doll heads that use elastic for fitting, such as Stella.  Please take your time while putting on this wig and aim for the elastic onto the velcro strips (if the velcro are still positioned near where the brims of your wig will be).  This will save your angora from getting caught into the velcro.

This wig is made from the locks in their washed, but un-brushed state.  You may not comb this wig, but you may scrunch with a damp hand and style normally.  Each lock is secured into place one at a time and sculpted into a natural looking wig.  The fleece has been washed four+ times with various shampoos, air dried, tumbled and only the best locks are chosen.  It would be rare to find any tiny bit of bedding (hay bits), but possible!

You will see fun glints of golden fairy threads within this wig.  The effect is magical and unexpected.
