Such a unique and funny little wig!  I have needle felted a few tendrils of wool into this upward shape.  I see vegetables when I look at this wig.

This is a stretchy size 4" created onto a wig cap.  My Puki Puki is modeling.

A word about the dyed wool, IF you look very very closely, you may see a tiny bit of hay parts within the wool.
